"We had to change 3 rooms due to (1) noise and construction dust (2) leaking shower door and (3) we were stuck in this room for the remainder of the stay with fowl urine stench from the drain pipes. The Hotel GM was very sympathetic and did try to resolve the issue but it appeared to be a more systemic issue on that floor not just our room. We do appreciate the GM’s effort in helping us That being said the staff was very helpful and esp the Exec Chef attended to our dietary needs."
