"Nice clean rooms located in the middle of shinjuku. The best thing about this hotel is the shuttle from there to the airport that is really affordable."

"Location is perfect!"

"フロントのスタッフの方に手助けしていただいたので感謝です"

"Very impressed. The staff was helpful and kind and had an enjoyable stay"

"All good"

"清潔な客室であった"

"cleanliness, wonderful breakfast, staff very helpful and available"

Coffee pod machines were available in the room, but also in the lounge area. A premium floor dedicated coin washer/dryer machine was available...

"Rooms and bathrooms were extremely small."

"The staff were very helpful and kind. The property is in a great location but seems old. We stayed one night as planned, which worked out because there was black mold in our room coming out of the air vent in the room and bathroom. Other then that, the hotel was clean."
