"The female staff at front desk was impolite, did not greet customers with a smile, and showed no genuine passion for service work."

"They need to upgrade and have hdmi plug ins. Beds are very comfortable and the room was quiet. Will stay here again when im.in town."

"Friendly and helpful staff, very clean and very convenient location"

"I will not be staying here again. I have stayed. at Portland airport hotels a lot and slept well. This hotel is situated. where the airplanes seem to all take off over your head and there are no earplugs. The people upstairs were walking back and forth on their room with a toddler running up and down too and the walls seemed paper thin. Despite the good remodel and comfortable bed sleeping well was not an option."

"The place was very clean and inviting. I paid for the hotel stay in full prior to arrival. However, even after letting front desk know and showing him the receipt, he insisted that I hadn’t gotten charged yet and proceeded to charge me again. Later on, I discovered that I was indeed charged twice; the price was even more onsite."
