"They should put out information about no amenities and services like telephone, iron, microwave and fridge. We should know before hand before we book"

"My parents enjoyed their night here, thank you"

"Dated room"

"The staff were amazing lia and brijendra thank u so much!"

"The room was clean but the corridor carpet needs a deep clean and proper hoovering. Aldo kitchen staff needs more training how they should talk to their customer with their request. Jane was very helpful and quickly sorted breakfast out for us. Shortage of staff can not be a excuse for not providing the service."

"Good location and great value. Breakfast was good value. Powdered eggs not great as tasteless, but that was the only negative there. Cleaner knocked the door just after 8am on first morning to see if we needed our room cleaned which was annoying as this could have been done later after we had headed out. Toilet door lock was broken. Overall was fine and would recommend."
