"Great stores within walking distance to eat or shop. Staff was great and the room was clean and comfortable."

"Loved our stay. ♡"

"The TV didn’t work in my room all it had was scrambled white noise it was around 11pm before it finally was fixed… I called Don and reported it once at 2 o’clock, and then I reported it again at 7 PM. Nothing was done. The girl at the front desk said they were waiting on maintenance to come in, and I guess he didn’t get there until a little before 11 PM. This is ridiculous. I would like a refund. How do you not have it fixed right away when obviously it had to be an easy fix? We just had to wait...

"All was good for a quick overnight stay. We didn’t stay long enough to experience the amenities."

"This was an amazing stay. We stayed in Myrtle which is the one bedroom. It was spacious, modern, clean and really well appointed. We were traveling with our elderly pug so accommodations had to be... well accommodating. Privacy, the property owners were available but we never saw them. Gated entrance and each unit is building is separated by 75-100 feet. Convenience, right in the middle of wine country and 20 minutes from Fredricksburg. Well appointed, this place had everything...

"Easy check in. Beautiful location. Felt really peaceful. Would def stay again!"

"Staying at the Blanco Riverside Cottages & RV was a wonderful experience. The check-in and room code for the door was all handled via email. We also had access to the Blanco State Park from our courtyard area. We had a beautiful view from our balcony and our stay was extremely quiet; we saw other guests, but never heard a sound from anyone. Our villa was huge and had everything we needed for our 3-night stay. We will definitely stay again if they have a room available for our next trip back."
