"In general the stay at the hotel was fine. We book a bedroom without window and the AC wasn’t working (I think they had some issues with that because it was a men trying to fix it - at least that was what the staff told me) so the room was like a sauna. The staff was really helpful and kind. Unfortunately the issue didn’t change and after a few hours we ask again to the staff about the AC. And we change the room, same thing was happening but we call to the receptionist and then she told us that...
