"Wonderful experience. Location, location, location! Great parking, central to everything. We enjoyed the nightlife and the convenient of everything right in walking distance of the condo. Love the fact that the hall way is air conditioned. The tram service to the beach is on time and easy. One thing I would like to see is the addition of a cordless vacuum in the condo. Would love to be able to do a quick vacuum to help control the sand when coming back from the beach."

"Absolutely loved the house. The three levels allowed each of us the room we needed to work or just enjoy our morning / night. Location was a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Would recommend this home to anyone who was looking to stay in the area. The bikes were a great way to explore the area as well as just walking on 30A. "

"The room smelled very musty and the sheets were old and rough. The only good thing about the room was the AC. TV was ancient and the remote control didn't even have a back. Floor was dirty also. Felt like no one had stayed there or even been in the room in months."

"This property was excellent. Very new and updated and all amenities included. Lovely front porch and great neighborhood to bike around and get to everything quick. Great open space with primary on main level and upper bedroom has giant front deck for relaxing-our family loved Casa Migos. "
