"Went to room and it had beer cans all in trash and sand on top bunk so they gave us another room it was much better but tub was very soft and you could hear water underneath and blow dryer didn’t work . I think they need to mop the tiles that would look cleaner.. "

"General areas were clean and room was cleaned daily, however, bed sheets were not changed or spread any of the days. Front desk was pleasant and helpful. Amenities were noted on welcome note in the room, however, those are no longer available and perhaps should be noted on the site/Expedia."

"Didn't like as follows: 1: our room card didn't work 2x that the whole system had to be replaced in the door 2: was told hot tub is out of service 3: a dirty filthy stained arm chair was in your room 3: we had our do not disturb sign hanging outside and a staff member knocked on 2nd day 4: fire alarms went off on our 2nd and 3rd day 5: elevator was out of service on our 3rd to 5th day we had to use stairs with our luggages and bags we were on the 3rd floor So we will definitely ever stay here again or recommend it to anyone"
