"Hotel na área nova de TULUM, bom comércio ao redor. Hotel.novo, quartos muito espaçosos e limpos, bem decorados e silencioso. Área comum é linda demajs. Adorei. Ponto negativo: coletivos não passam na avenida. Mas, quem quer utilizar carro ou táxi ou bicicleta, não faz tanta diferença."

"Really nice room and beautiful hotel overall. The staff were amazing and super helpful. Hotel is very accomodating and even made me breakfast sandwich to go due to an early start time. The hotel is located in the national park which can be good to know. I would definitely recommend hiring a car, scooter or bike to move around with more ease and will also give you more options for eating out. Highly recommend! "

"Staying at Tago was a wonderful experience! Check in was smooth and easy, our room was ready upon arrival. It was cleaned everyday with a PM turndown refresh to which the cleaning staff left desserts! They were quick to deliver for any water bottle refresh requests (and we had a lot!) Beach time was a lovely view with servers chronically checking in on you. There were plenty of seats and cabanas. I preferred the hotel restaurant (as opposed to Fara Fara), we frequented the guacamole and shrimp...
