El.personal es sumamente amable y servicial.
La arquitectura del lugar es agradable pero las habitaciones son un poco viejas, son espaciosas."

"It was a real treat to find an Expedia hotel that didn't disappoint. We were travelling Latin America and it was a real pleasure to stay at La Posada del Arte. The decor is fabulous and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt welcome and comfortable in this hotel. We only stayed one night as we had a strict time schedule. However the hotel made up for the disappointment of the town Banos. The problem for us was that we had already been to Iguazu Falls where the waterfalls are truly...

"La Casa Verde is a great place to stay in Baños away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and river and not too far away from public transportation. Breakfast was delicious with a mix of fruits, eggs, bread and jam and juice, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Several restaurants are within walking distance!"

"El cedro soñado is a unique and beautiful location near Baños and Párate, Ecuador, the staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating, the location is one of a kind and the views and peaceful setting are the main drivers for visitors, that said it is not easy to get to since it takes between 35-40 minutes up a very steep mountain road, I personally enjoyed the drive, my other traveling companions not so much. Overall Cedro Soñado it's a great choice, just be aware what makes it unique also makes...

"Bettina and Darwin are the most hospitable hosts imaginable. There are only 2 rooms, so you immediately feel one of the family. My room was divine, colourful and comfortable. Breakfast with a breathtaking view over Banos, under the supervision of their two llamas grazing nearby. It’s worth coming to Banos just to stay here.
Only caution- the road is very steep. My taxi wouldn’t take me up as it had been raining. There is a driveway - i should have taken the left fork by foot, instead i...

"Susanna the general manager was very professional and helpful throughout my stay. She arranged reliable transportation for day trips and to the airport. She made great suggestions on local good and activities. The spa is lovely, Turkish baths, cold plunge, hot tub, several therapeutic massage options. Just a great stay in Baños at Isla with Susanna. "Teníamos una reserva confirmada, pero al llegar, el encargado nos informó que no había agua y que no podía recibirnos. Sin embargo, esto resultó ser falso, ya que descubrimos que había duplicado la reserva y la habitación ya estaba ocupada. Esta situación fue una total falta de respeto. Nos vimos obligados, en pleno feriado y con la alta ocupación en Baños, a buscar alojamiento de última hora, lo cual fue extremadamente complicado.
Es inaceptable este nivel de irresponsabilidad y falta de...
