"We have stayed twice at The Victoria and will no doubt stay in the future. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate as well as biscuits. The building is old and tired, but it is clean and very good value for money, The restaurant is welcoming and the food is good too. The location is convenient to walk into Canterbury. Parking is FREE at The Victoria."

"We had a two bedroom cottage again this time because we brought our dog - it's fantastic for that reason but the standard of cleanliness was not great tim"

"Beautiful Seaview, delicious breakfast, great parking , clean room and friendly staff"

"The only positive thing about this hotel is the location, which is in the centre of town. Our room was on the 1st floor overlooking the street. The carpets were badly stained as was the rooms upholstered chair. The floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked and the shower water temperature was constantly changing between very hot or very cold. "We have just stayed at The Albion Hotel in Broadstairs, we really enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat. The hotel is right in the middle of all the restaurants and shops, and sea front. It was lovely having a walk along the sea front in the sun this morning very relaxing. The breakfast was lovely and the room has tea & coffee facilities, everything we wanted on our weekend away loved it. Thank you"

"Clean room and breakfast"

"Lovely location in the heart of the Canterbury. The owners are very nice and are attentive and on hand for anything we needed. 10/10 customer service. However the room was a bit run down. Mirror wonky, towel rail coming off the wall and the large bed is broken underneath. It was however a great stopover and introduction to Canterbury."

"We loved everything about this hotel, the location was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, our room was bright and spacious and the restaurant food and Bar areas were lovely. We will definitely be booking again!"

"The perfect stay...room, location, breakfast, staff, value for money - all first rate. Would definitely return again."
