"Valet was horrible no directions or anything!"

"This property was very diappointing in termsof service and communcation. They rarely, if ever, responded to messages sent through Expedia. They also states that houskeeping would be provided every other day, but my room was NOT cleaned until after two nights, and only after I personally asked for it. "Everything was amazing"

"Limpieza , profesionalismo en la atención a los clientes, excelente desayuno ,en general muy muy bueno"

"Excellent location, great Staff, and we paid for the Valet parking - well worth it!!! Overall, excellent experience!!!"

"Rooms were clean and well equipped. Parking is tight but close to public transportation"

"The hotel was in a very good area. Breakfast was standard hotel food but the staff kept the food restocked and the area clean. We stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping did not come in our room. We requested extra towels for night 2 and they came into the room on day three but only put towels. Overall we would stay again if in the area."
