"The Hotel Rivage Sorrento was absolutely fantastic, no complaints from us as a group at all. The rooms were a great size and immaculately cleaned each day. The shower, that can be a real deal breaker for us as a family, was amazing, and genuinely no issues.
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially for the older members of the group, and it always seemed like nothing could be too much trouble.
Breakfast was always great, but just a bit sweet for my taste. However, that seems to be an...

"The only thing worth it was the view. The room was terrible. The bathroom needs updating especially the shower. If you have children or difficulty going up and down stairs this room is not for you as there is no railing going down the stairs towards the room and is steep especially when hauling luggage no elevator/lift. If you rented a vehicle be prepared for either a ticket if on the main road or high parking fees."

"Wow, what a hotel! This place was fantastic. We stayed for 6 nights, and the staff were so kind and helpful. The best place we stayed in our 2 weeks in Italy. The location - for the Amalfi coast - is excellent. The bus stop is right out front. You can also walk 3 minutes to another bus route, but walking from the hotel isn't for the faint-hearted. The room was nice, clean and had everything we needed. The front desk was super kind and helpful. The restaurant - and their staff - were also so...
