"I likes that the property offered an airport shuttle and was close to restaurants and entertainment and that it was close to the train going into downtown Boston as well. The hotel itself is an older building and the area surrounding it looks a little runed down but hopefully the area gets cleaned up over time."

"The property was as expected , clean and quiet. The exercise room was adequate and well attended to. Had dinner at hotel and found that the food was excellent. Noise and related traffic due to Mass Gen construction was a bit annoying but not Hotel ‘s fault"

"The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. Unfortunately there was construction on the street where our room was located. The noise from the cars crossing over the planks in the road was beyond frustrating and kept waking us up throughout the night. "

"Arrival is challenging because you need your room card to go into parking area and if there are several people checking in, it is difficult. The staff are so nice and helpful. The young man who checked me in yesterday afternoon was very friendly and accommodating. Also a special shout out to the woman who opened up the breakfast area this morning. I needed to rush to work and she was so pleasant and helpful. Her bright attitude and helpfulness were really appreciated. Thank you!"

"Front desk staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff was friendly and gave me an extra cookie when I asked. Nice! "
