"The front desk staff was very welcoming and provided a great first impression; however, our stay went downhill rapidly from there. We were placed on the 3rd floor with an obstructed view, meaning we couldn't see the ocean as expected. Upon entering, we found the cooktop dirty and uncleaned, requiring us to clean it ourselves. Furthermore, the dishwasher was leaking heavily. Several essential amenities were completely out of order: only one of the two TVs worked, the Wi-Fi failed despite...

"Súper bien"

"The staff was amazing and so helpful. It’s a short walk to get to stores and other restaurants. Second time there and will continue to come back."

"Buen servicio y limpieza"

"Buena 👍"

"Our stay was good. Rooms were cleaned daily. The Balcony I would not book again. they pigeons were always on ledge and made it dirty with their poop. I don't think the outside balcony was cleaned though-out our stay. It kept us from enjoying it - and although its ocean view you face the street and hear the cars at night along with the waves of the beach, past the street view. I think it was an extra expense of money that i could have saved."

"Just an FYI, the rooms are very cold which is great but you do need a blanket so there is a $50 deposit on your credit card if you want a blanket get the blanket!"

"Love it"

"The hotel is ama"

"Good place."

"This Villa was super nice and Clean, the host Juan was always available for anything we needed. The beach and pool are walking distance and a very secure area, also everything is close by. I recommend this Villa to everyone."

"Villa is beautiful and great location in regard to the pool and beach. It has plenty of room for everyone, clean, comfortable, It is a bit far from San Juan, rainforest, popular beaches. It's a least an hour and traffic could make it longer. Definitely need a car if you stay here. There is a beach on the property. It is a small, secluded beach so you'll need to bring your own umbrellas, food, etc. It is partially shared with a hotel. The hotel side is very clean and maintained, but the villa...

"Absolutely beautiful. The owner Ron was so nice and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area. If you’re planning on staying in the central mountains this place cannot be beat. "

"My husband and I chose this beautiful location for our Honeymoon. Life can get pretty stressful sometimes, so we wanted something secluded, a place where we can take in the beautiful surroundings, and enjoy life without a schedule. This has truly been the best experience of a lifetime for both my husband and I. Yohandra, Pedro and Chef Ema are the most amazing people. They made us feel so welcome. We rented the Bali cabin. It was perfect and everything we were looking for. We will definitely be...
