"My son became ill on our flight from SJU to JFK, so the plane returned to SJU. We were taken to San Jorge Hospital. My mother found your hotel, loved the upgraded appearance, the fact that breakfast was an option, and your being located in the airport. She booked 1 night stay, and then when we received my son's diagnosis and were told we had to stay an additional 3 days, my mom extended our stay. My only complaint was the air conditioning was broken for 2 days. My room was great, the staff was...

"Place is in a great location. Walkable to the beach and restaurants. Room was clean, shower was broken and unable to change temperature but overall the room worked. Staff is very friendly. Pool is great! Can't speak on parking situation since we used rideshare but it looked like there was some street parking. "
