"The hotel was in a great location, the pool was closed due to it been off season but either way the hotel was clean, well equipped and the staff couldn’t have been for friendly and welcoming. they helped plan our h long bay day trip and we’re so accommodating with breakfast for us ready for the early trip. "The Bao Tran Apartment was the perfect accommodation for our week long stay in Haiphong. The staff were professional and very courteous; starting from check-in with front desk, to housekeeping and onsite security.
