"We enjoyed our stay at the AC. The rooms, views, bathroom amenities, bed were all great. It is conveniently located next to the shopping centre which you can access without leaving the hotel. Hotel and restaurant staff were good and helpful. For the price we paid breakfast should've been included but it was worth it to add on an extra. The Luna bar had great views, good food and vibes and great staff. Recommend it overall."

"Pros: Fantastic reception, who got me in a room much earlier than the official check-in time when I arrived early. Good wifi, modern decor, comfortable bed, good shower. Reasonable breakfast and nice dinner. Having a kettle in the room was appreciated. Cons: Housekeeping didn't provide a full complement of towels on any day. Tea and coffee were not replenished at all during my four-night stay. Hotel still uses disposable cups for hot drinks in the room and restaurant, which is not very eco...

"Ótima experiência! Ficamos hospedados quando o hotel estava inaugurando. Ótimas acomodações, cama boa, grande variedade de canais de TV. Chuveiro bom, quente e com muita água. Localização muito privilegiada, ao lado da Praça Baquedano com fácil acesso para metrôs e ônibus (tem um ponto na frente do hotel). Fica encostado em Lastarria, bairro boêmio com ótimos restaurantes, e 2 quarteirões do Pátio Bellavista, meu complexo de restaurantes favorito. Próximo a duas das principais avenidas da cidade...
