"I booked and paid for my room starting the day before my arrival specifically to guarantee that it would be available when I landed from a red-eye flight. As someone with a mobility disability, I planned ahead to avoid problems and ensure I had somewhere to rest immediately upon arrival. Instead, I was told at check-in that I had been marked as a no-show and that my room had been given away. The front desk employee stated there was nothing she could do. When I requested management assistance, I...

"Rooms have seen better days with work carpets and tough towels. We stayed for 5 days and requested daily servicing of room and we had to ask several times for them to do it, as we ran out of clean towels. Front desk wouldn’t let me borrow scissors. Rooms are small. Our shower had no conditioner for 4/5 days we stayed. Parking was $39 each time you left and returned daily. So if you left twice, you paid almost $80 for parking. No business center on premises, they gave you print at a hotel...

"good breakfast, friendly staff"

"Extremely bad experience--I can't believe I paid $250/night to stay in such a run-down hotel. Looks like it has needed a renovation for upward of 20 years. It directly looked out over dumpsters and was noisy--I was awoken both by people in adjoining rooms and people in the alley. I also found the...

"Honestly it was in a great location walking distance to many of the attractions. How ever expensive with no parking available other than valet parking. Room was clean but had a weird smell to it but the view was amazing even though i didn’t get the view I asked for. No breakfast area but really good Chinese dine in downstairs. Personally would not be returning to this location"

"Pretty good locations for work and all sorts of Asian food. Very close to public transit stations and bus."

"If you are a cub fan perfect place to stay"
