"All was great except the night desk man. He was rude, sarcastic, and wanted to argue about a shower chair. Instead of offering to help with my request, he just made excuses. Of course this was not the way an attendant should treat a guest. There are many other hotel choices and I will definitely consider others because of his sarcasm and rudeness."

"We booked the room last minute, called to ask about late check in policies. The young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and polite. When we arrived at 1am a gentleman greeted us and helped us find parking. The parking was a little confusing to figure out at first. He walked us and showed us the way.
