"Pros: the hotel is centrally located to the main plaza and is close to many adorable restaurants. Cons: the staff was incredibly unresponsive and unhelpful. I messaged the hotel the day before to confirm I needed the 2 bed option vs the queen (both options in my reservation). I also asked for the address of the parking garage. I had to call for the parking address and, 20 minutes later, call again because the gentleman still had not sent it and I was driving in circles. The address he sent was...

"The hotel was very clean, plenty of room and a fabulous breakfast. The location was perfect , close to the centre of Sorrento and close to the bs and train station both in walking distance. Transporting luggage was very easy. Overall the perfect place to stay in Sorrento I would highly recommend."

"At first sight, location and area may be questionable but remember-you are in Naples! It was close to airport and car pick up. Clean and offered a very nice breakfast. Night staff, wonderful!"

"This is like an exclusive club, off the beaten path. There is a private beach and breakfast was included with our stay. The benefit is that it is not crowded at all and you get a very personal feel. The downside is that it is not within reasonable walking distance (about an hour) from the main Sorrento area and getting a taxi is pricey and can be challenging. "Not good didn’t stay here after-all. Our round trip flights got CANCELLED and this reservation could not be rescheduled or canceled. This was behold our control, we should have been able to receive our refund. Not happy they kept our money."
