"Staff was friendly. Room was alright, bed very very soft, sheets not very comfy, pillow flat as a can be. View on the river was beautiful. The bathroom...it had mould on the ceiling and around the tub in the silicone. I didn't shower. The location is perfect, staff are great. Just cleaning doesn't seem to be a forte."

"The location is good and the design of the lobby is nice BUT the cleaning is very poor: 1- The shower is unclean at least in our room. 2- We asked them more than 3 times after they “clean” the room to make the bed and take the trash out. How do you clean the room if you don’t empty the trash bin or make the bed? 3- The lightbulb was flickering in the bathroom and it delays when it’s switched on. 4- The WiFi is slow."

"Very close to the train station and all places that we wanted ti visit. The bar food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Great service at bar and the breakfast buffet. We will definitely be coming again, we would've loved to come over Christmas/new year but your fully booked. We must plan earlier next year."

"立地はヘイマーケットの駅やトラム、バス停が近くオールドタウンへ向かうのにも便利でした。歩いても２０分ほどでいけます。 部屋は１９世紀に建てられたということで雰囲気が良かったです。清潔でこじんまりながらも快適に過ごせました。 チェックイン前に荷物を預けていたらスタッフさんが部屋まで運んでいてくれたり、フロントから部屋まで案内してくれて鍵の開け方なども丁寧に対応していただきました。エディンバラにくることがあったらまたこちらを利用したいです。"
