"The pools were nice and not overly crowded, most staff were decent, although they were severely understaffed which I think caused some of them to be rude. The towels in the room were old and had a smell to them, the toilet always smelled like the gasket wasn’t installed properly or something. I’d rate the food quality maybe at like a 2-3 and availability pretty low they ran out of stuff kind of often. The restaurants were also just buffets and not that great. A lot of the food wasn’t labelled...

"Nice small hotel with black sand beach with gorgeous sunset and colors. The rooms are nice and large surrounding a mini jungle with nice trees and flowers. There are 2 restaurants-bars on the property that are totally overpriced (5-star hotel prices for a 3-star plus hotel). The staff is nice and the amenities are good. The pool is small and not really clean. "
