"Everything was clean! Staff was very friendly! The food was great!"

"The location is good and the design of the lobby is nice BUT the cleaning is very poor: 1- The shower is unclean at least in our room. 2- We asked them more than 3 times after they “clean” the room to make the bed and take the trash out. How do you clean the room if you don’t empty the trash bin or make the bed? 3- The lightbulb was flickering in the bathroom and it delays when it’s switched on. 4- The WiFi is slow."

"Room facing the square on 3rd floor, great outlook, room was bright and clean, ensuite bathroom was bright, good shower. Plenty of plugs for all your charging needs. Continental breakfast in the morning had plenty of choice, and plenty tables to sit with breakfast and contemplate your coming day. For me, only thing missing was tea/coffee facilities in the room. I do enjoy a coffee in the early hours. As always my measure is, " would I stay again"? Easy answer, indeed I would"

"This was an amazing property we would and will stay here again!!!! Beautiful, clean, comfortable amd special."

"Posizione eccezionale!"
