The noise from the room above us was disturbing. My only issue was the total lack of response from Expedia."

"Quaint B&B near Lake Seneca with an outstanding breakfast! Ashley and Dave are wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home. This is a 120-something year old house so don't stay here if you cannot tolerate creaky floors, small sinks, and a slightly wonky layout. It's called character.
We stayed in the Roosevelt room, which is right off the dining room and the only bedroom on the main level. So yes, it's slightly awkward to walk out of your room directly into the dining room where people may...

"This was a great old mansion that has been restored. Jen was a wonderful host. She gave good suggestions for things to do in the area. She also served a wonderful breakfast each morning. There was plenty of coffee in the upstairs guest kitchen as well as tasty homemade treats. It was quiet and that was nice.
You should be aware that since this is an old house, there is no elevator and all the guest rooms are on the second floor. There's also lots of stairs from the house to your car. ...

"We greatly enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. It was the perfect relaxing getaway and location for us to explore the beautiful countryside and a convenient location to serve as our home add while we explored the area on our motorcycle. The hosts were helpful and accommodating and responsive to all of our needs. I would definitely stay here again in the future and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway."

"The property was extremely outdated and infested with bugs all over the windows and few crawlers on the floor. The AC was useless, barely cooling the room in the sweltering summer heat. The property manager was awful, telling us to find another hotel at our own expense when the power went out, leaving us without electricity, water, or working toilets. Do not stay here—if the power goes out, you're on your own with no backup generator, no support, and no basic amenities. Not recommended."

"Overall a great property. We enjoyed that we were able to use the canoe, dock, kitchen, washer and dryer. We liked how close it was to hiking. It was a bit dirty. There were some dirty glasses in the cabinet, bits of food in the sink, trash down at the dock, and trash on the deck."
