Possibly the best b&b ever.

Extremely high quality b&b and perfect hospitality from hosts Anne and Paul. Suite 1 was lovely. Our vegetarian breakfast was exceptional.

37 Oak Ridge House located at the northern end of the Pine Creek Rail Trail in Wellsboro Junction, PA is a diamond of a bed and breakfast. The hosts, Anne and Paul, have created a new type of B&B complete with modern amenities, meticulously clean, modern rooms, bathrooms and showers, and an amazing menu that'll fill up your belly for the day. We felt welcome and relaxed thanks to the hosts. This property, and the service we enjoyed, is truly in a class of its own

Best B&B ever

Just a wonderful experience. Ann and Paul are super nice and very informative about the area. The B & B is one of the nicest we have stayed in and their breakfast experience is one of the best ever. The back patio made for a super wonderful evening. Bring your own wine, cheese and crackers and you will have a super evening our on their beautiful patio. Perfect stay. We loved it.

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. Paul greeted us outside and showed us the house and our room. He explained all the remotes which was great because there were some we didn't know what to do. Our bed was amazing with being able to move the head or feet up and massaged. The breakfasts were amazing. Good choices and plenty of food. All the animals there were an extra bonus.

Haven’t even left yet and we are already planning our next trip back. This is the absolute best place we have stayed. We have had the most amazing experiences here with Anne and Paul. I can’t wait to come back this fall when the weather is cooler.

Anne and Paul are wonderful hosts. This is the first time that I've stayed in a B&B in this area and the experience has totally exceeded my expectations. A short business trip is what brought me to Wellsboro, and this location was a better option than the chain hotels which were further away. I would probably choose to stay in another B&B if the option presents itself. Anne and Paul have a lovely, wonderful and well taken care of home. I think that you will definitely feel comfortable here, like you are in your own home. My hosts appeared genuinely warm, and friendly and that was awesome. They have 2 of the most adorable cats I've ever seen. The breakfast vegan omlette thing (it has a fancy name...I've seen it before) was fantastic! 10 out of 10! This area is also super quiet at night. Totally pitch black. If you are looking just to get away from it all, without going too far you found it.
