"Great room with fantastic view of the bay. Very close to cafes, bars and restaurants. Easy walking distance to everything in town"

"Super friendly and helpful staff. Only suggestion for improvement would be glow in the dark numbering of units"

"Major complaint are both the noise from the roof and the cleanliness of the cups and toaster. The cups and toaster were kept under the sink by the drainage pipe and visible molds all around. Was disgusted by it and wouldn’t want to open the cabinets let alone using the cups kept under the sink. The roof was cracking all night from both the wood and the aluminum. Couldn’t sleep for the 2 nights. Would not recommend this place!"

"IN all it was a great place to stay and we will continue to stay there in future. The grounds are in a bad way as all the trees have been cut down and there is no woodlands on the their outlook views. They have also removed all the undergrowth on their property leaving the driveway bare. Until this is redone the outlook on approach is not nice."

"Lovely, tidy accommodation with all needed amenities. Great communication with the staff - would definitely stay there again!"

"Room was very clean and comfortable. Pool and spa were absolutely devine. Only 500 metres to town. Very good stay. Would definitely go there again."

"We had the most beautiful stay here with our family of 9. we needed two of the rooms which slept 5 per room. The rooms were next to eachother and when we arrived the lovely host said they had moved the bbqs back so we could easily get to each room via the balcony instead of going out around the front. This was super helpful. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms were as well. Has all the basics you need for cooking, mini fridge, toaster, microwave and jug etc. tv in one room had sky, the...

"Spectacular location more than made up for the slightly dated room!"

"Very clean and modern apartments! The staff were very friendly and amazing to deal with."

"Really enjoyed our stay. Very appreciative to be able to have our dog stay with us. Lovely staff and a super spot to stay if visiting the Bay of Islands."

"Great location. Well equipped. Helpful host. Had a wonderful time in Paihia."

"Fully stocked even with coffee. "

"Sentral beliggenhet med gangavstand til det meste, gode turmuligheter. Parkering like utenfor. Personlig velkomst av trivelig eier 🤗 Kaffepodsmaskin og melkeskummer = plusspoeng, men dessverre noen minuspoeng for slurvete vask og vedlikehold."

"clean,kindness staff, pretty orange farm,"

"Just a very pleasant stay."

"The location is perfect, quiet, peaceful, and beautiful! The only downside is that the toilet is quite far from the cabin, which can be a bit inconvenient, especially when you need to use it in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, the microwave in our cabin was also not working. However, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, which made our stay more pleasant overall. 😊"
