"We’ve been to the Burstin many times over the years, we particularly like staying in the balcony rooms. It does urk me though that you seem to be unable to request a balcony room when booking. "Lovely overnight stay. Room was small, but sufficient for our needs. We had booked just a standard room so knew it was not going to be large. "I stayed for business purposes, the staff member Becky was exceptional, her customer service skills is second to none, I was delayed coming down for breakfast due to a meeting and only had a few minutes remaining I asked for the vegetarian option despite it taking a few minutes to prepare she still obliged. I also witnessed the following day an irate customer who was not being reasonable at and and quite rude frankly despite Becky offering to still cater to the customer despite the customer being late and missing the breakfast drink. Very well handled shows exceptional management qualities as a business owner who is well versed in the area of identifying excellence in leadership. Will definitely be returning and have already recommended to my network due to my wonderful experience. Well done Becky!"
