"Great location, friendly staff, had all the basics, but was rather tired. Could do with a spruce up. V handy to walk to cafes and city centre."

"Comfortable Stay with a Few Unusual Design Choices We enjoyed our stay at Silver Fern Rotorua Suites & Spa. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a relaxed atmosphere that made it a pleasant base for exploring Rotorua. The location was convenient for sightseeing, restaurants, and the area’s geothermal attractions. Our suite was spacious and accommodated our family of three comfortably, although the layout was unconventional. The queen bed was located in the main living...

"Lovely staff but whole place needs refurbishing and modernising. Tired furniture and carpets. Great shower!"

"Kitchenette was literally a kettle and tiny fridge. Kettle wouldn’t fit in the sink in the bathroom so had to fill via cup. No way to clean dishes and housekeeping won’t come till day 3 so we had to ask reception for new cups and mugs when needed. No way to eat own food in room. The windows don’t close properly so all you can hear is people up and down the driveway. Reception closed at 6pm and there was no one to keep an eye on noise, which meant we were awake until 11:45pm thanks to several...

"Good all around"

"The room was well thought out and worked well for us. The kitchenette was nice, though we didn't cook. The bathroom seemed like it had been updated recently. Our only issue was that it was quite cold in the room and we couldn't make the heat work. There is on-site parking which is always helpful."

"値段相応だった。ホテル内移動が不便でトランクケースでの階段３階移動はきつい。 事前でのオンラインチェックイン、チェックアウトは便利だが夜間はスタッフ不在で部屋の鍵がスマホBluetoothでの解錠なので夜間の締め出しを喰らうのが恐ろしかった。リカバリーができるシステムでないと不安でしょうがない。"

"Location was great. Close to the lake and close to a great eating district. Expected slightly more for breakfast. We got juice, cereal and coffee / tea and toast"

"The park catered for our needs"

"Value for money, paid $160 for two nights room was warm beds where clean, private spa bath. Yes not flash and perfect, but for the price I won’t complain. Two indoor spas and an outdoor heated pool, perfect for thoose travelling on a budget !!"

"Le stationnement dans la rue est gratuit le soir et la nuit jusqu'à 9h am. On entendait ronfler notre deuxième voisin. Bien situé pour visiter à pied."

"Self book in. Given code for entry to room. Conveniently situated. Clean spacious room."

"The room was very nice, clean. Had a small refrigerator, microwave, enough dishes and utensils. The only issue was trying to lock the door to the room- key was difficult, at times"

"Excellent location, easy walk and town."
