"This hotel is clean and the staff is cordial and polite. The location is excellent and extremely convenient with easy access to restaurants, Starbuck, Petco, Sprouts, freeway access. "There were so many things about this hotel that were kind of annoying. First of all, it’s not a “hotel”, it’s a motel. There was no elevator and we had to lug all of our stuff to the second floor. Then when we were tired from traveling and got to the restaurant 10 minutes before the kitchen closed, we were seated but the waitress rushed so much that she didn’t give us straws or napkins. At our room, the hot water didn’t work. To be fair, maintenance came pretty fast, but that was annoying. There...

"I pains me to write this review as I a loyal Hyatt customer. I will make this quick and too the point. The room and the whole property is in need a a complete renovation. Never have I stayed at a Hyatt property with this being Hyatt Place Albuquerque Airport and it be so terrible.
