The staff was extraordinary: effecient, friendly, and when we forgot some items when we left, we were notified by Housekeeping and they were mailed back to us.

We've stayed in many hotels in many places, in and out of the US, and really, this tops them all. Our room was given an upgrade to a suite and it was safe, clean, had all the amenities, and although furnished in Southwest decor had a newness about it.
