"The staff were all welcoming and helpful. We needed wheelchair assistance to the airport and staff was very helpful. Sunday night food service was thru bar /lounge, but good food and friendly team."

Indoor pool, hot tub, gym, breakfast, comfortable rooms, etc. Improvements: 1) Like most hotels, the shower's water pressure could be better. 2) There are only two elevators and they run slow. 3) No vending machines on each floor. 4) Keep in mind they have a policy where the cleaning staff is required to enter your room once every 24 hours even if you have a do not disturb sign on the door handle. "

"The room was fine check in and out were very good. Toliet was running the whole time we called they sent somone who had no idea what they werw doing so did nit fix the issue. Also the room is very bright at night. "

"Breakfast was delicious as hotel breakfast goes. The noise from the planes stops at a reasonable time so the proximity to the airport is worth it "

"Check in was fast, we actually registered online. Parking was a little confusing, not well marked but we worked it out. Lifts to upper floors were fast. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Bathroom was well supplied with toiletries and towels. Very comfortable stay"

"Convenient location near the Jackson Labs and UConn Medical Center. Breakfast was warm items (eggs, bacon, potatoes) but sometimes ran out of fruit, yogurt. Third floor ceiling has multiple water leak stains. Hotel shuttle service was hit-or-miss (staff not available) even during scheduled morning hours. Room was mostly clean, some debris on carpet but bathroom and bed very clean. Overall, a good stay."

"Clean, spacious, and new rooms. The fitness centre was garbage - not enough equipment and what was in there did not work. Hotel is outside large road and walls are very thin so anyone closing their doors, walking in hallway, trucks driving by will be noisy. Breakfast included in price was a bonus - typical Continental. "
