"No coffee for the coffee maker or creamer. Floor felt gritty my husband wished the doors had security lo k. He said shower had to be held by hand if not the water sprayed all over the bathroom floor making it dangerous. Called front desk several times to get help with the internet no answer."

"The entire property was a 10+. All the employees went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Taco, the bartender/waiter, was great, he offered great advice on the area and made a heck of a Pina Colada. He deserves a raise."
