"We went in low season so there were only a few guests. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast had a number of choices, but was only average. The pool was great; however, it did close at 6 p.m. Overall, I enjoyed the stay."

"The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Some things to note. Beach is not far from the hotel but it requires for guests to depend on their shuttle. However, the shuttle does run about every 10-15 min max. The beach is about 5 min walk from the lobby. I dont recommend walking from the hotel since there is a hill. I wish the hotel had more nigh-time activities. The food was very good (9\10). My overall opinion is that you get what you pay for. The sunset and ocean...

"Juan Carlos, the concierge for Hotel Arco Iris is an absolute GEM of a human being! He made our stay and the days leading up to our arrival even more than we could’ve expected. It was great having transportation set-up upon our arrival by the hotel! The property is beautiful, cozy & feels like home away from home. Breakfast with server Freddy was always a plus!
