"It’s in great location just infront of the sea view and all shops and restaurants are next to the hotel . Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful . I will definitely comeback again."
"As soon as we turned up the gentleman receptionist wasn't very helpful at all. He was very rude. He did help with carrying my suitcase up to the top level as I use a walking stick as an aid and had a young child with me. When asked if I was able to get a lower ground floor room due to reduced mobility I was promptly told you should have booked and paid for a better room. "Camelot castle is a perfect location for Tintagel . A short walk into the village which although busy is lovely. The views from the hotel are breathtaking with a costal path direct to the small beach( check tidal times before you go) There is a lovely bar where we purchased drinks and sat outside and watches the sunset. The hotel decor is amazing and have a comfortable lounge to sit on. Our room was plenty big enough with sea view, bathroom had a bath and separate shower too and was spotless....

"Location of the hotel excellent. Bar and restaurant staff are very nice,helpful and friendly. Car parking provided within the premises was great. Only downside is the room needs a bit more uplift."

"The exterior of the hotel and grounds are poorly maintained and need to be tidied up. The lift to the bedrooms was grubby. The bedroom was pleasant with a nice view of the beach. The shower whilst adequate was poorly maintained in that the door rubber needed replacing which is quite a cheap thing to do but makes the shower look so much better."
