"Great location as it’s just steps from the main Kyoto Station, Don Quiote, and Aeon Mall. Being on the south side of the station means a bit less hussle and bussle, easier to access. It is much quieter and less foot traffic. The room was very clean and spacious for our family. Multiple floors for laundry was a definite great add-on for us (and even a tv channel dedicated to monitoring the laundry machines vacancy). Definitly recommend and would stay again in the future."

"Great stay at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kyoto- Kiyomizu Goju. Staff are very helpful, friendly and very welcoming. Rooms are very clean and daily housekeeping is provided, if requested. Excellent amenities and the hotel has everthing you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable and I liked the pillow options. The location is perfect- 7mins walking distance from Gojo station; one station away from Kyoto station. The hotel is walking distance to the some of the big food markets and shopping streets. Overall, I had a safe and excellent stay and would recommend the hotel. "

"If you make yourself ready that some of the staff at the front desk don’t smile, but still do their job as required, then our stay was great. Had a problem with the interior lock on the door initially not working correctly, but staff were very willing to come and resolve it. Fantastic location to 2 different metro lines, and shopping. Clean, quiet, great value for money."
