Shower was small and shower-head was not working well, would not stay in place. blow dryer stopped after a few minutes. Room was quiet at night. There is no A/C in the room, but had large windows - you can open Breakfast was included and very good. Location is next to Cathedral and Train Station - very short walk. You can see Cathedral! Overall - good stay."

"Quiet place but clean. Front desk was friendly. We had a car so we drove around for the most part, they had free on site parking outside and in the garage. I did see bus stops around the area when walking to the bakery. There is a bakery two minutes away from the hotel which had really nice baked goods. Grocery store near by if you want to buy snacks. "Highly recommend for anyone who has a loved one staying at the ATOS Orthoparc Klinik. Essential by Dorint Köln is a 7 minute WALK to the hospital. This made daily visits possible as the commute from where we live would be an hour each way. The staff were friendly and helpful (provided a loaner power strip when we realized one was needed to charge the laptop). The rooms were comfortable, business style, with a good wall mounted TV. "Very pleased with my stay! The price was such a steal. You may not get all of the fancy amenities of a 4 or 5 star hotel, but it has everything you could need and felt safe and clean! A bonus was that the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Spoke very good english. Also offered a welcome shot upon arrival for Carnival!"
