Glad we found this place

Lovely hotel with free open carpark. Our room was a business room, it had a microwave, sink and fridge along with a work surface to sit out. It was very compact but lovely and updated - extra bonus was plug sockets next to the bed! We didn’t have breakfast here but Very very happy with the hotel. We walked into the local town which had a few casual restaurants open and then walked to the Rive Rhine watched an amazing sunset and walked back through the buzzing old town (stopping for a beer) the area felt very safe.

1. The blanket was a joke. To provide now in December, wintertime, such a thin blanket without the possibility of an additional extra warming cover from the wardrobe is absolutely unsatisfying 2. There were a couple of dark red spots in the carpet in front of the big mirror in the room. It looked like blood. Horrible! 3. The wallpaper behind the desk was full of bigger spots up to the ceiling. As if something has exploded on the desk, the dirt was wiped away from the wallpaper but the dark edges remained

Room was clean but showing age. Door handle to bathroom broken and hairdryer did not work. We had to change the fan as that was faulty. Reception were a bit put out because we asked for a replacement so we didn't mention the other faults. Breakfast was fantastic. We had the windows open because of the heat and it was not too noisy outside Overall the hotel was very dark , almost as though they were saving money by not turning on lights. Probably would stay again but not in the summer

Das Personal war freundlich, das Zimmer sauber und das Frühstück sehr gut. Die Parkgebühr war niedrig. Wir haben dort an einem der heißesten Tage in Deutschland übernachtet, insofern machte sich das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage negativ bemerkbar. Auf dem Zimmer gab es keinen Safe.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr gut. Das neue Parksystem ist allerdings nicht sehr kundenfreundlich. Wir haben beim Hotel geparkt, sind dann nochmal weggefahren und spät abends erst zurückgekommen. Am nachsten Morgen haben wir unser Auto angemeldet und auch für 2 Tage bezahlt. Wieder zu Hause haben wir zusätzlich eine Zahlungsaufforderung in Höhe von 57,50 bekommen. In der Kommunikation mit dem Dienstleister konnte nicht festgestellt werden, dass wir als Hotelgäste bereits bezahlt hatten. Wir sind daher maximal enttäuscht über die zusätzlichen Kosten. Auch wenn ein Fehler bei mir lag, dass wir nicht gleich beim ersten einchecken das Auto angemeldet haben, finde ich das Vorgehen extrem kundenunfreundlich.

Frühstücksraum sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Frühstück war gut und es gab eine große Auswahl. Besonders der Service, sich Trinkwasser in der Lobby kostenlos abfüllen zu dürfen, fanden wir super. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz für 8 € ist ok.Es gibt aber auch in den umliegenden Straßen ausreichend Parkplätze.

Das Hotel ansich ist top in Schuss. An der Rezeption gibt es gratis Wasser zum auffüllen Das Personal das ich getroffen habe war durchweg nett. Frühstücke seeeeeehr umfangreich und sehr gut. Parkplätze 8€...naja Für meinen Geschmacm war die Matratze etwas zu hart aber Geschmäcker sind verschieden:-)

Leider eine absolut enttäuschende und inakzeptable Erfahrung. Bei meiner späten Anreise erhielt ich den Zimmerschlüssel über den Nachtschalter per PIN-Code. Ein Zimmerwechsel war zunächst nicht möglich, da Messezeit war. Das erste Zimmer befand sich leider in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Der Teppich war stark verschmutzt und es waren Flecken zu sehen. In der Nähe bewegten sich zudem kleine weiße Larven auf dem Boden. Auch der Flur wirkte ungepflegt, mit sichtbarem Schmutz, Rost an Türrahmen und einer alten Pantryküche mit stark unangenehmem Geruch. Am nächsten Morgen bekam ich ein anderes Zimmer. Leider war auch dieses nicht wirklich überzeugend: mehrere Flecken im Zimmer, ein Silberfisch im Bad, eine Dusche mit Schimmelspuren sowie ein stark verschmutztes Telefon. Insgesamt wirkte die Ausstattung sehr alt und wenig gepflegt und entsprach nicht dem Eindruck der Bilder. Auch beim Frühstück gab es für mich Probleme: Sowohl das Rührei als auch die gekochten Eier hatten einen unangenehmen Geruch. Insgesamt konnte mich das Frühstück daher ebenfalls nicht überzeugen. Aus meiner Sicht besteht hier vor allem bei Sauberkeit, Pflege und Qualität deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf.

Todo bien excepto que un dia se activo la alarma y estuvo sonando mas de dos horas sin que nadie del hotel tomara accion. Tuvimos que reclamar en el restaurant para que ellos lo notificaran. Inaceptable esta situacion. Tambien recomendamos mayor empatia del personal de recepcion

Uns hat der Aufenthalt dort sehr gut gefallen. Das personal war Nett und freundlich, mit ein paar flotten aber hilfreichen Worten auf der Lippe. Es wurden Ausflugsempfehlungen gegeben, und auch sonst konnte man sich Nett unterhalten. Alles in allem für den kleinen Geldbeutel und für einen Wochenen Ausflug zu empfehlen. Die Betten waren sehr weich, für Leute mit rückenproblemen nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen.
