"The perfect place to stay if you have an early departure from Edinburgh Airport. I would also be happy to use as a base for a short break in Edinburgh as Trams and local transport are within easy access. The hotel seemed busy but the room was very quiet and comfortable."

"The location is good and the design of the lobby is nice BUT the cleaning is very poor: 1- The shower is unclean at least in our room. 2- We asked them more than 3 times after they “clean” the room to make the bed and take the trash out. "The clean and updated room was comfortable and quiet. The large lobby is a happy place with lots of little groups meeting. The lobby bar was well stocked and the bartenders were nice. Delicious breakfast as well!"

"We only needed a room for 12 hours after a tour and leaving the next morning to catch a plane. The room's air conditioning did not work so we were a little uncomfortable. The bed was comfortable, shower powerful, and the room was clean."

"Room was clean and well put together. The bed was a little hard/ squeaky but still good for a few nights stay. Good location near tram and a number of restaurants and cafes. Breakfast that I had included in my stay price was delicious and the dining room was quaint. Overall solid stay, would recommend."

"#1 top of the line hotel in every area: hospitality, staff, facility, free excellent breakfasts, central location to Old Town and New Town Edinburgh."
