"We had an incredible stay – this hotel delivered a continuous wow factor from start to finish. The views were breathtaking, the room was stunning, and the food was delicious. We were thrilled to discover that the suite we had booked had recently been refurbished – it was absolutely exquisite. The hotel was immaculate throughout, with beautifully maintained grounds and an overall sense of care and attention to detail. The staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive. They had asked for feedback on the room, and the couple of minor suggestions we shared were addressed during our stay – a real mark of great service. The restaurant food was a highlight. We did experience a couple of small miscommunications, one with the shuttle transfer (a funky VW ID Buzz!) and another with a massage booking, but these were minor and didn’t take away from the overall experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone – it was as close to perfect as it gets. "

"Old school pictures didn’t do this excellent hotel justice. The hotel felt traditional, elegant and classy. The pool and gardens in the back offered a private and relaxing reprieve. The hotel’s location couldn’t have been better. Breakfast was great. Latte is just milk. Felt like more than a 3 star hotel."
