"Loved the hotel but was extremely upset because they would not pick us up at the airport even after me calling before I made reservations and the day before I flew to Dallas. They had a shuttle to and from the airport but refused us service at 9:00 pm from airport and shuttle ran until 11:00 pm. "

"The front desk clerk was very helpful; I had a very trying day and got there late. He helped me with my room service and they had forgotten my drink and he did the extra trip for me; at my age and it being late I really appreciate that. Thank you!!"

I loved the outdoor chairs & games and that they had sidewalk chalk & bubbles for the kids! Definitely will choose this hotel any time I am in the area again! "

"No refrigerator in the room. Hotel boiler was broken so no hot water. Other guests received $50 discount on room. We did not because we booked through Expedia."

"Overall everything was great . Room was really clean and spacious. We stayed in the two bedroom and really enjoyed it. Only problem was the pool was being cleaned for two days so my grandkids weren’t allowed to swim. But found a great water park close by. Habana resort waterpark. Highly recommend. Also sofa was to hard. But other than that would stay again definitely. "
