"The room was small, which is average for Japan. However, the service was excellent and many amenities were placed out for your convenience in the lobby. Pajamas were also a nice touch and were available near the elevators on each floor. Heated toilet seats and integrated bidets were great. The rooms were clean and properly stocked (towels, toilet tissue, facial tissue, hand and bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner) when we arrived."

"Nice and clean rooms with firm beds. Excellent breakfast included. Had a good stay with family before heading into Hakone the next morning. "

"I was very surprised that hotel room is such big almost 40sqm. The hotel room facilities and walls are very new and clean. Parking is located in Level 3 by using elevator. The staffs are very nice. My mobile phone charger is USB C type for iPhone, the hotel and staff provide me the power converter and USB charger. I am really appreciate for staff’s patience' service "

"Great staff who spoke English very well. They were very helpful making sure that our taxi driver knew where we wanted to go! Close to train station 5-7 minute walk. Would return in the future. Breakfast was extra (yen) but it was worth the money - lots of food and 3 choices (English, Chinese or Japanese style). Laundry available at decent price. "

"The receptionists are very helpful attending to queries and great service from the staffs. The room cleanliness is great and top notch. Good range of amenities to choose from. There’s a detailed instruction to navigate to the hotel for first time travellers, and an alternative path with direct access to Yokohama Station B1 from NEWoMan level 3 if bringing luggages. Would stay again if visiting Yokohama next time. "
