"The room had a nice layout and was very comfortable. I ended up with one of the less interesting views from the hotel, but I did not ask for a room change, and I believe the staff would have accommodated me if they could have. Because of that, the view did not really affect my opinion of the hotel. The main downside for me was the air conditioning. It was quite weak, as a Canadian I had trouble getting the room as cool as I would have liked. the pillows where thinking then I was expecting....

"Staff at front desk to staff looking after the parking - we loved getting to know and how helpful they were. Our room remained a bit too hot for us Australians so we did need to ask for two fans to help cool down our rooms. Despite the warmth and we couldn’t adjust the room temperature, the room was extra spacious - was great for our baby to roll around in. Otherwise everything was helpful. Spa was great. Breakfast was okay. Not as exciting as other hotels for the price but it is good :)"

"Loved the location of the hotel, very accessible - near train and bus stations, shopping and food. They provide locker for storage if you arrive early before checkin."
