"Friendly staff. I had been traveling for three days with no sleep and they gave me an early check in, which was greatly appreciated. Cleaned the room daily and made my stay a pleasant one. This was the second time I have stayed at this Hotel during my Cuenca visits."

There was a lot of noise during the whole night
I was not able to get any sleep
I was about to leave the hotel at 3am but they were not willing to give me my money back so I stayed that night
The worst part was that when I complained multiple times about the situation they did not do anything about it"
"Que me dijeron que no había habitaciones pero les indique que ya tenia pagado en expedia me dieron la habitación a las 7y30 pm de la noche .al final me solucionaron y todo quedo arreglado"
"Es una muy buena opción pero el parqueo es dificil y si existen más huéspedes hay que parquear en fila y pedir que retiren el auto, molestoso pero manejable.
Un punto que si no me agradò es el hecho de que existe un solo baño. Es dificil con una familia grande."
