"This is such a cool eclectic hotel. Absolutely a bargain, pet friendly and so interesting and how it’s been renovated. I almost hate to give it a good review because I want to be able to easily book lol. We gave this hotel a try during a move for our daughter to the area and we’re very pleased. I will recommend and use this hotel again for sure."

"At check-in, we were assigned a dirty room. I let staff know we would need another room. A staff member went to check on a possible option and came back an 45 min later, no one saying a word to us. After they helped a couple other guests my husband and I inquired about the room. We were told there were no rooms available and that housekeeping was gone for the day so the original room we were given would not be an option. Stating Hotels.com oversold the night at their hotel. "We went to check in and the lady gave the guest before me someone else’s room. So first impression wasn’t great. We get to our room go to dinner come home there is water everywhere on the floor the water sprinkler was leaking and it was everywhere. We had to move rooms. Breakfast was horrid! At 8 am there wasn’t any cereal left. They didn’t have coffee nor did they have the hot food they had a few stale biscuits and a few stale bagels. My kids weren’t able to eat anything. "Have stayed here many times when we need to go to BCS. This was one of the better times. Not very crowded, staff was great. No lines at Happy Hour or breakfast, everything was quiet and clean. Great trip!!"
