This luxurious suite was the dirtiest and smelliest room I have ever seen. Vent covers were fuzzy with dust. Blood stain on the sheets. Smelled musty. Black mold in the shower. Rusty refrigerator. Just plain old looking. Photos online are not what you get.

I regret to say that my experience at this hotel was nothing short of appalling. From the moment I entered the room, the overwhelming stench of urine assaulted my senses. Flies buzzed around every corner, due to the filth that permeated the entire establishment. The floors and walls were coated with a disturbing film of urine, and piles of dirt and hair lurked in every corner, as if the cleaning staff had long abandoned any effort to maintain even a semblance of cleanliness. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was malfunctioning, leaving the already intolerable conditions feeling like a sweltering sauna. It's safe to say that my stay was an unforgettable lesson in what happens when basic hygiene standards are ignored. Save yourself the horror and steer clear of this nightmarish excuse for a hotel. Not only was the room a cesspool of filth and decay, but when I voiced my concerns to the manager and explained that I refused to stay in the room due to the sheer disgust and fear of what filth I couldn't visibly see, I was met with outright refusal to refund my money. The manager's callous disregard for basic customer satisfaction added insult to injury, compounding my already harrowing experience. They kept stating that their online pictures of their establishment reflected their rooms. It's inconceivable that any establishment could operate with such blatant disregard for hygiene and customer service. My advice remains unchanged: avoid this hotel at all costs.

1) Watch out with their eggs! They keep eggs in the fridge for as long as these are not consumed at breakfast. Some eggs were not fresh and were rotten, smelling really bad. 2) very disappointed with their true color. Upon my very first honest review, the whole staff were unhappy. One woman tried to deny the wrongdoing in charging 100$ due to so called “excessive” trash! She dared to say our trash was excessive without realizing it was because they didn’t sent anyone collecting the trash over the four days of stay! Well… isn’t it the hotel’s responsibility to collect trash? Not only that but they don’t take returning client’s negative review with positive mindset. After the review, they preferred to declare at the end of our stay while leaving that they do not welcome us at vineyard anymore 🙂.

Liked the garden. Didn’t like that the floor was wet when it was raining. Didn’t like that I was charged 100$ for cleaning while there was no cleaner coming over to take trash during the whole duration of my stay. It created a shocking and unpleasant feeling but just kept quiet. The key didn’t work at night. One shower in one room was clogged and was like a pool during showers. There are different insects in the rooms from time to time like cockroach and unknown insect (but not invasive!). Lights are not bright enough. The most horrible is the smell of their cleaning products. Every times we enter in the room, especially the first day, the odor is extremely strong and brings eye irritation and headache. Same for after the cleaners finish their cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen floors. Those products are certainly unhealthy- needs to be changed to those with better odor or odorless. Despite all these negative reviews, there are some nice people at the management. So, hoping for improvements.

This place is a little run down but has a lot of potential. I really liked the courtyard setup. The pool area was dirty. Our daughter in law pointed out how dirty the floor was. It is a dark tile floor and you cant really tell its dirty until you look at the bottom of your feet. Restaurants around the area were within walking distance with a small convenience store right across the street. A little paint and a few upgrades would do wonders. I would stay here again.
