"Plentiful, easy parking - just enter reg on check in. Great helpful polite staff, from reception to dinner to breakfast. Small room with smaller bathroom - but perfectly fine for 1 night. Room 12 west wing - the heating/radiator/pipes make a dreadful loud humming, goes off at 9pm thankfully but does come back on at 6am (despite staff saying 7am) - not ideal if you value a lie in! "

"Very nice lady on reception. Paid for breakfast which was not as ordered. We gave exact instruction as items to be very well cooked, this was not the case and did not have time to return it! The water in the shower was freezing. Plus the extractor very noisy. Parking was great and bus service very close. Enjoyed drinks in the bar, such a pity the other major things were not up to scrach. Could possibly be noisey in high season as our room over main entrance and smoking area. Staff friendly and attentive. Food adequate. Seemed very pet friendly, ideal for guests with dogs. Website said there is a safe located in the bedrooms, there was no safe in our room. "

"Staff was great, sadly the heater didnt work, and the little heater they provided did little to keep the room warm, in such terrible winter weather. And although the staff was amazing, they didn't offer any room changes or compensation. Thankfully we were able to find wool blankets at a near by store and bought 2 of them so that both my child and I could stay warm at night. So just think twice before you stay. I am sure the other rooms would be fine. "
