"Bedroom is not clean! We like the amenities and the well decorated lobby and bedrooms. But the bedroom wasn’t clean, no soap, just 1 towel, they didn’t cleaned the bedroom during the 3 days. We told about for the missing items but no response until we had to go to the receptionist to request it again for 3 rd time. The staff at the lobby just speak French. Need also maintenance at the hallway of the Bedroom, has one damage wall with holes that gave us a bad impression."

"Great for connecting flights. Shuttle to the airport starts very early. Clean, quiet, comfy. Deducted one star because WHO DOESN’T HAVE COFFEE/TEA IN THEIR ROOMS??? At an airport hotel, with early connecting flights????? You can’t even get a coffee at the breakfast room, you need to buy the whole breakfast."
