"Morning shuttle service is great"

"Room was clean. Staff were helpful. It's simple, but extremely value for money."

"Central location."

"نصيحة والله ماجلست فيه امكن نص ساعه وسويت تشيك اوت وراحت فلوس الحجز يقولون غير قابله لاسترداد قمة في الوصاخه والعفن وصراصير لاتغركم الاسعار والصور "

"Very friendly staff. Beautiful heritage building"

"Good hotel overall, spacious room and comfortable bed, though a bit dated. Photos of the pool are misleading, it’s very small in reality and not suitable for swimming. WiFi is slow and requires reconnecting and accepting terms and conditions several times a day."

Room 3 is good layout however, windows are too close to the temple(next door) around 8-830p until 10. They have conversations a bit disturbing."

"シャワーのお湯が出ない。ハンドタオルがない"

"Staff is nice and helpful. Room is small and the door lock is hard to use. Tea time is nice with good food. Bathroom is kind of small for a petite person like me to move around. Overall it's a good hotel for a short stay with nice and helpful staff."

We got NO effective compensation. The We rebooked this hotel two days later and checked in. In general, the housing condition is good except the excedingly TERRIBLE...
