"Disappointing venue. Just average. Breakfast not appetizing. went out of hotel for food. Locked out of room at 10:45 am as I went to retrieve my luggage. Checkout is at 11. "

"First & foremost, THE VIEW was AMAZING, right on the Delaware River with a gorgous view of the Philadelphia city skyline & Ben Franklin Bridge! You have to appreciate that! A little inconvenient if spending most of trip in Philly, but we didn't mind ride share prices (they include the toll bridge). Property is newer, so it's to be expected to be in good condition, which it was. :) Cleaning was great, and housekeeping staff offered amazing service! Never been asked multliple times just walking...

"We stayed 5 nights. There was my wife and 3 kids and the room looked liked it had bodily fluid throughout. The kitchen walls were gross, and when we requested our room to be cleaned, it never happened. The pool and hot tub were also dirty. I felt like a bad parent letting them swim and sleep in the room. Breakfast food was less than desirable, valet never received our request when we called from the room. The air/heat did not work in our room and one day (it was early spring) it was a 80 degree...

"Front desk not helpful when we mentioned our lamps didn’t work. Lighting in the room was horrible. The room felt like prison. Not warm feeling at all. Front desk again not friendly when we left. No where to hang your towel. No hand soap. Hotel said it was recently renovated. I’d ask the company who renovated for their money back. Water leak caused bubbles in the ceiling and walls in our room. People smoking pot. Wouldn’t recommend."
