The pool was cold which we thought it should be a bit warmer since it’s cold outside but other then that my family had a great time. Guest laundry is free and they sell detergent at the front desk. "Housekeeping was hit or miss, one day they changed out towels, did not make the bed. Another day they did both. Unsure. Room was sandy so no sweeping done. Both the heater and the fireplace were incredibly loud, the heater making ticking noises that kept waking me up. Overall, the stay was fine. Would maybe stay here again but wouldn't pay to upgrade to fireplace room. Pool and hot tub seemed clean. Gym did not have sanitizing spray from what I saw. "
